現在情況變成Zenit說Arshavin要價太高所以無法完成轉會..
Andrei Arshavin's potential move to Arsenal may fall through because of the
player's excessive financial demands, according to Zenit St Petersburg
general director Maxim Mitrofanov.
The Russian playmaker's future has been subject to increased speculation in
recent weeks, with the Emirates being his most likely destination.
Mitrofanov earlier announced that the clubs had agreed a 15million transfer fee, however the deal is in danger of collapse after the
player's demands to settle payments of half his bonus from his
four-year-contract since 2006.
"I think that we are very close to a deal, we really want to sell him but I
hope the player can forget about the huge sums of money he is asking for and
I hope he can find a compromise," said Mitrofanov.
"We are ready but it is his decision. Is it his dream or is it just a
question of money?"
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger meanwhile denied that the two clubs had agreed
a fee claiming that "several different voices seem to be coming out of the
club (Zenit)."
