Kimiko Date-Krumm showed no signs of slowing down as she claimed an eighth
ITF Pro Circuit singles title, her second of the year, with victory in the
final over Noppawan Lertcheewakarn.
Her three set win over the eighth seed from Thailand followed an impressive
week of tennis from the top seed and the second set in the final was the only
set she dropped all week.
At 41-years-old, Date-Krumm is the only player aged 40+ to ever win a singles
title on the ITF Pro Circuit and remains a popular player on the Circuit.
