Coco Crisp: (Groin) Likely Out Sunday

Update: Manager Bob Melvin said Crisp (groin) will probably not play Sunday,
Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Recommendation: Crisp remains day-to-day after leaving Friday's game and
sitting Saturday with a groin strain. Chris Young will man center field in
Crisp's absence.
