2005FIBA籃球規則修訂--第三季SBL、WSBL同步實施新制 2005/11/23 發表者：中華籃球協會首次發表時間： 2005/11/23下午 04:29:33 最新更新時間： 2005/11/23下午 04:29:33 The FIBA Central Board at its meeting held on 18th -19th May 2005 in Nyon, Switzerland adopted the following amendments to the Official Basketball Rules: 中央委員會在2005年5月18-19日在瑞士尼庸開會，對國際籃球規則採用了以下的修正： 1. If the request for a time-out or a substitution is made before the ball is at the disposal of a player for a throw-in following the free throw (s), the time out or the substitution shall be granted for both teams if the last or only free throw is successful. 若要求暫停或替補是在執行罰球以後，發界外球球置於球員可處理位置前提出。如最後一次或僅有一次罰球罰中，應允許兩隊暫停或替補。 2. If a free throw(s) is followed by a throw-in at the centre line extended, opposite the scorer’s table, the time-out or the substitution shall be granted after the last free throw for both teams whether the last free throw is successful or not. 若罰球以後接著於記錄台對面中線延伸線外發界外球。無論最後一次罰球是否罰中，應允許兩隊暫停或替補。 3. During the last two (2) minutes of the fourth (4th) period or each extra-period, if a time out is granted: * to the non-scoring team after the valid field goal, * to the team that has been awarded the possession of the ball in its back court, 若在第四節或是每次延長賽的最後兩分鐘期間允許暫停：＊在有效的投球中籃後，非得分隊請求暫停。＊獲得發後場界外球的球隊請求暫停。 the throw-in, following the time-out, shall be administrated at the centre line extended, opposite the scorer’s table.
