Art. 24 Dribbling
Statement:
If a player deliberately throws the ball against a backboard
(not attempting a legitimate shot for a goal), this is considered
the same as if that player has bounced the ball on the floor.
If the player then touches the ball again before it has touched
(or been touched by) another player, this is considered to be the
same as a dribble.
Example 1:
A4 has not yet dribbled when A4 throws the ball against a backboard
and catches it again before the ball has touched another player.
Interpretation:
After catching the ball (ball comes to rest in his hands) A4 may
shoot or pass but may not begin a new dribble.
第24條 運球
說明：
若球員故意將球擲向籃板(非試圖投籃)，則視同球員將球拍向地板。
其後若該球員在球觸及(或被觸及)另一球員之前再度觸球，則視為
一次運球。
例１：
當A4將球擲向籃板時尚未運球，而在球觸及另一球員之前再次接球。
解釋：
在接球之後(球停留在他手中)A4可以投籃或傳球，但不可再行運球。
