"Basketball for Everyone"是算對規則意函的解釋對於你提到的：「從空中到落地時防守球員手都壓球上個人觀點已達兩造控制球權模糊之低標」情況 "Basketball for Everyone"裡面是有提到兩種狀況 1. A player drives to the basket. He jumps for a lay-up. The defensive player puts his hands firmly on the ball and when returning to the floor both player are firmly in possession of the ball. Jump ball situation. 另外一種就是題目提到的狀況： 2. A player jumps for a shot. The defensive player puts his hands on the ball to block the shot with either one or both hands. The shooter returns to the floor still having the ball in his hands. A traveling violation has been committed.
