[請益] 請問要怎麼改進「加速」或「變速」?
問題的前因:
一直以來我打羽球都只有一個檔次,無論對手的強弱,
例如: 1.儘管我抓到對手反拍回正手區,我對於加速拼兩步殺球仍力不從心.
(尤其在想保留體力或肌肉沒力的時候)
2.對方切球,我放個不錯的小球,逼對方挑球,我沒辦法退到球後半步.

3.其他如主動加速突擊我全部力不從心.
(我可以打多拍,但多拍的時候總是只能回長球或切球)
我猜是腳的肌力不夠,還有一但加速心跳太快時會撐不住,
想問除了練習:1.衝刺;2.全速的撿球;3.一~二步到位那種操大腿的步伐練習.之外
各位球友們還有什麼好建議嗎?
(其實是我很沒毅力練肌力,想投機的問看看有沒有較輕鬆改進的菜單) =////=
