But here's where it got interesting.....Harris said Yi is better defensively than Dirk. Said that Yi's jumping ability plus height and arms make him a threat to be a really good shotblocker. Twice said that Yi has natural timing ability to block shots. Equated him with.......Tyson Chandler. Said he doesn't see Yi ever being the rebounder Tyson is and putting up 20 rebound games, but he can be the shotblocker Tyson is. 有趣的是,老哈說易的防守比司機好,因為身高,臂長和彈跳能力讓他能成為火鍋專家.雖然易沒有像黃蜂的錢德勒一樣一場比賽抓20個籃板過,不過他能成為像錢德勒一樣的火鍋好手. Said that Yi's a good kid and isn't behind this jostling to play in a big market. He said that the Guandong team owner and Fegan get a giant cut of Yi's earnings. He said that the cap on an agent's cut is 4% for the contract but can be as much as 20% perhaps on outside earnings for endorsements. So that's what Fegan and "Mr. Guandong" want. This isn't the government behind this in his opinion. He also said that the Bucks need to be supported by the NBA here on this. Said if the league caves into the wishes of Yi's agents to get him into a bigger market for more endorsement earnings, the concept of the draft falls apart. Otherwise he said Oden should immediately hold out to be traded to New York or Chicago. Felt very strongly a big principle needed to be and would be upheld here. 另外老哈說拒絕來公鹿不會是易的主意,易是個好孩子,目前的問題大多是他那想抽成的母隊和經紀人搞出來的.公鹿需要 NBA當局來支持他們,不然NBA的選秀制度可能會因此被破壞. Overall he said Yi's a smart guy who is very coachable.
