Sampdoria striker Giampaolo Pazzini talked about his winning goal against
Inter as well as a potential return to La Nazionale.

Giampaolo Pazzini scored the winning goal for Sampdoria in Saturday night's
stunning 1-0 victory over Inter. Today, he relived his goal and also talked
about a possible return to the Italian national team for both him and star
man, Antonio Cassano.

"To tell you the truth, I don't even know who passed me the ball," he said
to Sky Sport, "I saw it come and I kicked it. It went well. It was a great
emotion, now we are on top of the table."

On the Azzurri, Il Pazzo said: "Cassano and I are in the same situation:
we have to work hard to do well for Sampdoria. It's the only road that can
take us back into the national team. We have this great ambition and it's
something that motivates us a lot."

In addition, Samp president Riccardo Garrone also reiterated that Cassano
belongs in the national set-up.

said. "I hope [Marcello] Lippi rethinks things and takes him into the
national team."
