Juventus defender Giorgio Chiellini believes that his side's 2-0 loss to
Palermo was a disaster, and that no positives can be taken from the night.

"It was not a matter of tactics, but a mental thing," the defender said
to Sky.

"We were wrong about the match, as it could have ended 4-0. It is a game
that we must delete, as there is nothing to save from it. It was a disaster.

"After a defeat of this nature, it is generally better to play for Juventus
again. Going onto the pitch and playing well is the only way to get over a
result such as that, but it is not possible.

"In my opinion, it would have been important [for the Juventus players] to
remain together for a day or two, but we will get together after the
international break," he concluded.

Chiellini will be in action for Italy, when they take on Ireland on October
10, and then Cyprus on October 14.
