Udinese slipped to their second defeat of the season in Serie A last night,
as Inter edged the Friulans 2-1 at the San Siro thanks to a Wesley Sneijder
goal deep into stoppage time.

Pasquale Marino’s men probably deserved more out of the clash after creating
a host of clear-cut chances, but Antonio Di Natale sees the glass half full,
although he does not think the Bianconeri have what it takes to vie for a
Champions League berth.

Di Natale netted his ninth goal of the season yesterday to cement his place as
the league’s top scorer, but missed a gilt-edged opportunity to seal the game
for the Friulans in the dying minutes, with the score still poised at 1-1.
