Ireland coach Giovanni Trapattoni is not shedding any tears following
Antonio Cassano's exclusion from the Italy squad.

'Trap' believes Cassano's snub can only benefit his side, who face La
Nazionale on Saturday.
(他相信Cassano的落選對愛爾蘭只有好處沒有壞處)
"I am happy that he is not playing against us, though [Azzurri coach
Marcello] Lippi has several players in his ranks who could hurt us,"
Trapattoni told La Repubblica.
(儘管Lippi的球隊有很多人可能對我們造成傷害，但我還是暗爽Cassano沒有入選)
The Azzurri are favourites to qualify for the World Cup, with Ireland
looking likely to make the play-offs. However, the Ireland coach has
reminded everyone that such thoughts are by no means set in stone.

"We have been improving game after game. Anything can happen in football.
Italy may lose both of their games, and we would qualify top instead,"
added the former Juventus man.
