Livorno's Antonio Candreva may have suffered a 1-0 loss on the weekend
against Bari, but nothing can take the smile off his face, as the 22-year-old
midfielder has been called up to Marcello Lippi's side to face the
Netherlands and Sweden during the international break.

"I still cannot believe it," Candreva told TMW, when interviewed about
his achievement.

"It is a dream come true. Every player would like to play for their nation,
and I now have the chance. I am happy for myself, but am not too pleased
with how things are going at Livorno.

Candreva dedicates his call-up to his family, and his girlfriend, who have

sacrifices they have made in these years have been repaid with my call-up.

concluded.
