想先感謝一下yorkbuster大，因為你把我原本的想法說的很清楚，真是感謝:) 自己回一下這邊的conditioning，一般來說這個字和condition是不一樣的，它本身是-調節-的意思。所以我才會直覺想到時間，進而想到調度。但在翻找了不少資料和定義後，我覺得我錯了，在這跟大家說聲抱歉，讓大家為了一個字費心。 conditioning 應用在運動上或是健身上，普遍的定義如下: Conditioning is training your body to adapt to stress, so that you can last longer doing whatever it is you're training for. 中文就有體能上鍛鍊，訓練的意思。所以我將之改為體能狀況，應該就是正確貼近文意了。有興趣英文的朋友可參考看看。 btw...這還是沒有改變我對 BBD的看法 -____-"
