Cech 'to join Chelsea in summer'

PARIS, Jan 30 (Reuters) - Stade Rennes and Chelsea have reached agreement over
the transfer of Czech international goalkeeper Petr Cech to the premier league
club at the end of the season.
"We are in total agreement with only a few purely administrative points to
settle," Pierre Dreossi, sports director of the Ligue 1 side, was quoted as
saying by sports daily L'Equipe on Friday.
The 21-year-old Cech is currently the number one goalkeeper in the Czech
national team. According to media reports, his signing could cost Chelsea
around ?million.
The London club already have four experienced goalkeepers on their books,
Italians Carlo Cudicini and Marco Ambrosio, Scotland's Neil Sullivan and
Austrian Juergen Macho.
