DECO STRIKE WINS GOAL OF THE MONTH

The August Goal of the Month has been awarded to Deco for his phenomenal
strike against Sunderland.
The final goal of the game saw Deco cut inside before drilling a low shot
into the far corner, which rebounded in after hitting the post.

E-member Helena Burton chose the same goal as our resident expert and was
picked at random for the prize, four hospitality tickets to the Blackburn
game at home.
Now it's time to decide your Goal of the Month for September and there are
four choices to select your net-buster from.
If you then pick the same goal as our expert you could be in with a chance
of winning a fantastic 40 inch LCD Samsung TV.
The first goal is youngster Fabio Borini's outstanding strike against
Portsmouth for the reserves, which saw him scoring from the edge of the
box.
Didier Drogba's left-footed, first-touch strike against Stoke, the
equaliser in our eventual 2-1 win, also features, as does Ashley Cole's
diving header against Tottenham at home.
Nicolas Anelka's calmly taken shot against APOEL in the Champions League
is the final option.
