ALL PREMIER LEAGUE TIE IN CARLING CUP

Newcastle United will be our opponents in the third round of the Carling
Cup. The match will be at home on Tuesday 21 or Wednesday 22 September.
We have played the Geordies four times in the competition before and won
all the games. In 2006 we won 1-0 away in a quarter-final tie, a repeat of
the score at the same stage in a home match in 2001. We won 2-0 away in a
fourth round game in 2004. In a home third round game in 1992, we beat
Kevin Keegan's side 2-1.
