'We feel we have staff within our setup capable of moving up, so we didn't hesitate in promoting Dermot to reserves, Adi to the youth team, Joe Edwards to the Under 16s, and Andy Myers, who everyone knows as an ex-Chelsea player, to become full-time and working with the Under 15s ,' said Academy manager Neil Bath.
