.... While losing Moses would be a major blow for Wigan, Whelan says he
won't stand in the player's way providing the ￡8.5 million fee - down
from an initial ￡10 million price tag - is met.
本來惠蘭死咬著1000萬不放，現在看起來850萬就行了。
"I have spoken to Chelsea's chief executive and they are easy to deal
with, we have told them the price and they will come back and agree it or
not," Whelan told ESPN.
惠蘭已經跟卻爾西CEO談過，價錢也都攤牌了，就看最後要不要下手。
"We would much prefer the player to sign a new contract and stay but he
wants to go to Chelsea and its a good club so we cannot stand in his way."
本來是希望摩西斯續約留下，不過他很想去卻爾西，也就不強留。
