The draw was made on Monday evening and the ties are to be played between 3 January and 6 January. The exact date and Ticket News are to follow. Watford are currently managed by former Chelsea midfielder Slavisa Jokanovic who played 53 games for the club between 2000 and 2002. They are sixth in the Championship table. The clubs have been drawn together on five previous occasions in the FA Cup, most famously in the semi-final in 1970 when Dave Sexton's side won 5-1 on a dreadful White Hart Lane pitch on the way to lifting the trophy for the first time in Chelsea history. More recently, we won 5-0 in the third round at the Bridge in 2010 under Carlo Ancelotti, again on the way to winning the Cup, and the season before in the fifth round, Nicolas Anelka scored a hat-trick in a 3-1 away win when Ray Wilkins took charge with Guus Hiddink only just appointed. It proved another successful FA Cup campaign. Brendan Rodgers was Watford boss. In 2004 we needed a replay to win a third-round tie, winning 4-0 at home after a 2-2 draw at Vicarage Road. Watford's success came in the fourth round in 1987, a 1-0 defeat for the Blues.
