Deco To Reveal Future After Euro 2004

Portuguese playmaker Deco says he will not reveal his future until
after Euro 2004. But by saying this, Deco has indirectly indicated
that he will be playing elsewhere next season with Barcelona being
the likeliest destination.
"I'm not going to reveal my future plans until after Euro 2004,"
said Deco.
But when asked if he was going to remain with FC Porto he said, "I'm
not going to discuss my future until after Euro 2004, you can take
that for what it's worth," said Deco as he zipped past the media after
a training session.
The fact that Deco refused to comment on a simple "yes" or "no" question
is a pretty good indication that he will not be playing with FC Porto
next season.
The Portuguese media is reporting that FC Porto has recieved offers
from Barcelona, Chelsea and Bayern Munich and it is being reported
that president Pinto Da Costa has already made up his mind.
Goal.com was the first to reveal that Barcelona are willing to swap
Ricardo Quaresma for Deco, and it looks as if this deal will likely
come to fruition.
Sources close to Goal.com have revealed that Ricardo Quaresma has
already agreed to join FC Porto and is simply waiting for Deco to
negotiate his salary with Barcelona.
