Barcelona are reportedly unconcerned that Manchester United and Arsenal have been keeping tabs on Giovanni Dos Santos. The Mexican youngster has been one of the stars of the World Under-17 Championships in Peru and his performances have alerted the Premiership giants to his abilities.
