http://tinyurl.com/ozh37 Barca told to hold elections By Lucas Brown - Created on 19 Jul 2006 Barcelona supremo Joan Laporta has been ordered to hold presidential elections immediately after complaints from a group of Barcelona fans that he had held office for four years. The law courts agreed with a trio of Barca club members claiming that Laporta should have called elections for this summer instead of waiting until the following year. Barcelona's statute states that the constitutional year of the club runs from July 1 to June 30. Laporta took control of the Blaugrana eight days before the start of the new year in 2003 and complainants argued those days should constitute a full year, meaning he has served his four-year term. Judge Roberto Garcia Ceniceros agreed and has confirmed that Laporta should have held elections at the end of last month. "Futbol Club Barcelona should call elections immediately," the judge announced. Barca have five days to appeal the ruling, but if it is upheld then the elections are set to prove a huge distraction ahead of the new season. 簡單來講，有人去法院要求法官裁定巴薩要立刻辦理選舉。由於巴薩的官方記年是從七月一號開始，而Laporta當年是在六月二十二就任。因此法院認為他已經當了四年的主席（第一年只有八天...）。而現在任期已經屆滿，要在這個月底前辦理選舉，選出新任主席。巴薩有五天可以上訴。超無聊，現在搞選舉多少還是會影響到季前的一些準備以及政策的執行。不過對 Laporta 個人未必是壞事，月底前辦選舉，其他有意參選的人連宣傳的時間都沒有，誰會當選似乎是不難預料。最近球隊上法院都沒好事。 -- Visca el Barca i visca Catalunya ! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.211.135
