Re: [心得] 今天終於一次練三項了~
幾個問題發問唷...對不起佔版面.....
我是要問全程的:
1.賽前可以穿拖鞋到出發點,大會會幫你拿回去轉換區,
也就是你游上來後就赤腳了,
那游泳上來後...據說是可以去旁邊吃便當....
那如果要閃光拿鞋子給我算不算犯規呢?
2.為什麼我騎車騎到後來前腳掌會發麻呢?
我是用狗嘴套,不是卡鞋...也不像是綁太緊,
因為我是調微鬆的,然後用腳去撥半圈套進去,
不會用手去啦緊...是什麼問題呢? (因為我手去拉會跌倒....)
3.單車要在幾分以內完成是比較ok的呢?
4.我在練習時發生了熱量補充失敗,還有水喝太多太快,太飽
造成沒力跑步,請問適當的補充量,及補充時機在什麼時候?
像我腳踏車放兩瓶水,游完一上車幾乎就幹掉一瓶了...
快騎完的時候另外一瓶也喝光了...
power bar應該在什麼時候喝呢?上車前?下車後?
該喝運動飲料嗎?要加鹽嗎?
(對不起唷..因為很沒頭緒..所以問的很亂...麻煩前輩多指教~)
