Other than Juventus and F.I.G.C., three football clubs (Lecce, Brescia and Messina) have been admitted to the hearing as third parties. Although Juventus Football Club S.p.A. expressed its availability to reconciliate, the hearing has not come to an agreement. On 21 August 2006 a Board meeting of the Directors of Juventus Football Club S.p.A. will be held to analyse future initiatives on the matter. http://www.juventus.com/fmknet/View.aspx?da_id=11363 pdf文件檔。 -- http://www.channel4.com/sport/football_italia/aug18m.html Juve mediation 'failed' Friday 18 August, 2006 -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Juventus will continue their legal battle for a Serie A spot in the TAR tribunal after a conciliation meeting with the FIGC failed. The club was hoping to be allowed back into the top flight with a points penalty after debating the matter with the Federation in a CONI arbitration today, but a statement announced the negotiations had failed. “The result of this meeting was not a positive one, but at least we had the opportunity to explain our position,” said President Giovanni Cobolli Gigli. “Juventus want to be an integral part of this renewal process in football, as we represent a quarter of all Italian fans. We pointed out how our punishment was disproportionately damaging to us financially and in terms of prestige. We proposed to be allowed back into Serie A with a points penalty, but now our Board of Directors will meet on August 21 to decide the next step.” The Bianconeri were stripped of the 2004-05 and 2005-06 Scudetto titles and demoted to Serie B with a 17-point handicap as part of the Calciopoli scandal. This is already a discount on the original 30-point penalty handed out in the first trial, but halved on appeal. “Our options are arbitration, but there is also the TAR tribunal and the European Court,” added Cobolli Gigli. “We want the correct penalty for our club.” Lawyer Angelo Piazza was part of the CONI conciliation process and gave his view on what happened in today's failed negotiations. “I had to accept the impossibility of reaching an agreement between the Federation and Juventus. The club demanded Serie A and refused to discuss a reduction of the points or the stadium bans. There was no room for debate.” -- 「晚輩今天是來勸架,並不是來結怨的。」 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.167.184.47
