JUVE董事會通過由總經理 Jean-Claude Blanc所提出的中期發展計畫。 To finance this plan, the Board of Directors decided a capital increase of more than 100 million euros. During the meeting, the majority shareholder IFIL garanteed to underwrite the increase of its share (which is 60% of the capital). Tha Board of Directors asked the chairman and the managing director to convene a meeting of shareholders by the month of April, during which the financial dealing will be decided. 為籌措資金，董事會決定進行１００ｍ歐元以上的增資，會議中，主要股東ＩＦＩＬ保證要認購增加的股份（佔資本六成），董事會請求主席與總經理在四月召集股東會議，決定財務分配。（簡言之，要股東出錢集資換股湊到至少１００ｍ歐元，　ＩＦＩＬ願意先吃下六成，不愧是衣食父母，感謝 Agnelli家族。） The decision of the Board represents an essential moment in the future developlment and enhancement of Juventus, creating the conditions to face the next future with serenity, and to build a prompt competitive team.
