Geoff Petrie recently returned from Europe where he had a chance to watch point guards Ricky Rubio and Brandon Jennings as well as other international prospects. The interview will be conducted early this coming week, prior to Geoff Petrie heading back to Europe. This was widely expected, however, the timing of the interview is not. Earlier this week, it was reported by the Kings themselves that they would not be looking into the coaching candidacy until Geoff returned from his second scouting trip to Europe, which was expected to be around May 21st.
