"The match was really tough. The result itself shows that. In the first set I
dropped serve myself with a couple of loose points. I knew the longer the
match lasted the more chances I would have because I could see he was getting
tired. When I won the second set I knew I needed to get one break as soon as
possible to win the match."

"I'm mad because I lost," Acasuso said. "No one likes to lose on any given
day. But I'm satisfied with the way I played and for the fact I was really
close to winning the title here.
"I had chances in the tie-break in the second set and when he was serving at
1-2, 15/40 in the third. The match was decided by one or two close points."

兩人的友情自不在話下 他們本來打算整個南美紅土季都一起搭檔 可惜前兩個賽事都有傷
對於能夠一起拿下搭檔的首個冠軍 他們非常開心
“We played an incredible first set,” said Calleri. “It was hard to keep
playing that well all match long. We made pretty much all the returns and
served well. In the second (set) the match got a little closer but we were
able to play a solid match tie-break and win the match.
"I'm happy to win my first doubles title with Lucho (Luis Horna) who is a
great friend of mine. Also happy to win the title in front of my home crowd."
Horna added: “We were supposed to play the entire Latin American Clay court
swing but Agustin had to pull out in Vina del Mar and I couldn't play at
Costa do Sauipe. It feels great to come to Buenos Aires and win this doubles
title."
