台灣武術Gung Fu 金鷹拳---金鷹拳與形意拳的三步功夫
全部練內家拳的都知道形意拳有易骨、易筋、洗髓三步功夫,我們台灣世代傳承下來的金
鷹拳同樣也有三步功夫:無力練有力、有力練無力、無力再練有力後練氣;金鷹拳這三步
功夫其實它等同於形意拳的三步功夫,我們講的名稱不同而已,無力練有力等同形意拳的
易骨,郭雲深論形意拳云:易骨練之以築其基,以壯其體,骨體堅如鐵石,而形勢氣質,
威嚴狀似泰山。

練易骨展現出來的肢體語言大抵如同上面影片中的那樣,剛猛硬力踏地聲響;當然最初練
拳的階段稱為「易骨」可不是亂取的,易的涵意代表改變、轉換,易骨再變換什麼呢?在
變換我們肩節區域的骨頭,變換這個區域的骨頭會怎麼樣呢?會練出自然「鬆肩墜肘」的
身體,鬆肩墜肘對我們有什麼作用?能鬆肩墜肘我們的手才會與身體結合在一起,手與身
體結合在一起,骨體自然堅如鐵石,威嚴狀似泰山。
金鷹拳的第二步功夫有力練無力相等於形意拳的易筋功夫,郭雲深論形意拳云:易筋練之
以騰其膜,以長其筋(俗云:「筋長力大」),其勁縱橫聯絡,生長而無窮也。

易筋展現出來的肢體語言類似身體放長舒展,初步易骨的階段將身體練至鬆肩墜肘將身體
能發出來的力量練到身體的極限後,開始以無力的方式下去練,易骨著重力量,易筋著重
身體形勢,易骨要求每一下都要打出最大的力量,易筋要求每一下都要將身體伸展至極限
,身體越是伸展就會越柔軟,身體越是柔軟,練功夫越是輕鬆,易筋為拳中拳中之柔勁練
法。(柔勁與軟不同,軟中無力,柔非無力)
金鷹拳的第三步功夫無力再練有力後練氣,相當於形意拳論述的洗隨,郭雲深論形意拳云
:洗髓練之以清虛其內,以輕鬆其體,內中清虛之象,神氣運用,圓活無滯,身體動轉,
其輕如羽。

洗隨展現出來的肢體語言輕鬆自然,力量似有若無,由易骨入易筋之初打出來的形勢感受
完全無力,在這形勢無力的練法中,漸漸的會越練越有力,這個由無力之中生出來的力量
與用力去打出來的力量,感受完全的不相同,易筋的無力之力,經由重心在腳底前後變換
產生,由腳底湧泉起,經丹田而貫通全身,真正用整個身體在攻擊,易筋練出的力量柔,
洗隨引呼吸之法的氣剛,丹經云:「陰陽混成,剛柔悉化,謂之丹熟」。力柔與氣剛在身
體裡相互作用,洗隨之功也。
