Beasley "Its not weird, it more confused. I have fans that are double my age,thats crazy, but its not weird, i like people" Question: Can you play the 3? Beasley:" I can play where ever they put me, i work hard at what ever i do, so i can play. I dont care where i play, as long as we win" Question: How does it feel to come off the Bench? Beasley: "Its ok, the team needs alittle bit of fire power off the bench, so i can provide that. It feels weird alot of times, since i have started my whole career, but it comes down to winning." Question: What are some of the things you have worked on , since the coach pointed out? Beasley: " Ive had to work on so much, its crazy. I come in every day working on my game, trying to get better at everything" Question: Whats the hardest part of the NBA? Beasley: "Its the travel, its pretty hard on me. I mean, 21 games in and i feel like its been a entire season. That one thing that really take a toll" Question: What been the hardest part of being a Rookie? Beasley: "Its all mental. I mean, im a rookie, who out there thinking, i get in the game, try to be the best but if i think to much, i mess up. I mean my best games, have come when im not thinking to much and im just playing. A lot of times, i over think something and mess up, then i know im going to the bench or getting yelled at" Question: What players help you the most? Beasley: "Zo helps me alot, well to much. I ask Zo something and he just goes off, about everything, he talks way to much. Haslem is my vet(Every rookie has a vet as a mentor). Haslem, helps me out with alot of things. Question: Has Wade ever gone off on you? Beasley: "Ya!, Wade has. Hes gone off on my only once and wow, i made me feel like i was young and getting yelled at by my mother. Wade pretty good about stuff like that, he knows that his still learning, so he understands" Question: Hows it like in pracitces? Beasley: "Joel is a beast in pracitces, he blocks about 8 shots, its crazy. During practices we work alot with each other, me and wade play and try to learn each other game, its great." Question: How does it feel to play with Wade? Beasley: "Its great, i mean Wade is amazing. Theres been acouple of times this year, where ive been playing and he goes and scores 8 points and then passes me the ball, i ask myself, what do i do, and i give it back to Wade. The biggest thing about me, is thinking. If i over think things, i dont do good and pass, if i dont think, i play alot better" Question: Hows Zo, is he coming back? Beasley: "Zo should be coming back, hes going to be in here in alittle while to work out and i hear that his soon going to be shooting and playing" Acouple of Tid bits that may interst some here: Beasley looked alittle sick, was coughing and stuff, so he may have alittle bit of the flu. Beasley was very nice, like talking to fans and answered all the questions that he was asked. His hands are huge, i mean big. The number one thing, that i got out of it, was that its mental with Beasley, hes thinking way to much, hes still rookie and he not trying to step on anyone toes.
