The NBA and its stakeholders have started talks on finding new solutions to
prevent tanking -- and the league proposed multiple ideas to the Board of
Governors as the sides brainstorm cures.
NBA及其利害關係人已開始討論尋找防止擺爛的新方法--聯盟向理事會提出了多個想法，雙
方集思廣益，尋求解決方案。
Sources said multiple ideas were proposed Friday as a brainstorming measure,
including:
‧Limiting pick protections to either top four or 14 and higher
‧No longer allowing a team to draft in the top four two years in a row
‧Locking lottery positions after March 1
目前已有多種方案，包含:
-將選秀權保護限制在前四順位或第十四順位以上。(不能自由保護)
-不再允許任何球隊連續兩年在前四順位選秀。(就是類似MLB的方案)
-3月1日後鎖定樂透位置
心得:
這些目前都還只是想法 實際情況還得等到休賽季他們投票決定
