New York acquires Zach Randolph, Fred Jones, Dan Dickau and the draft rights to Demetris Nichols (#53) from Portland in exchange for Steve Francis, Channing Frye and a 2008 second-round draft pick. Charlotte acquires Jason Richardson and the draft rights to Jermareo Davidson (#36) from Golden State in exchange for the draft rights to Brandan Wright (#8) .
