Aaron Brooks (ankle) says he hopes to be back in two or three more weeks.
Brooks has ditched his crutches and begun walking in a protective boot. The
original timetable was 4-6 weeks after he went down on Nov. 6, so early
December is the front end of that scale. We wouldn't bet against it. Brooks,
who was averaging 16.4 points, 5.4 assists and 2.2 treys per game, appears to
be on the fast track.
