jersey and helmet were classic, the highlights were Antonio Gates in his Kent
State basketball jersey and Clinton Hart in his baseball jersey from Central
Florida Community College. Neither Gates nor Hart played college football.

Things got crazy after practice as several pairs of players faced off in
100-yard dashes. The long-anticipated Lorenzo Neal vs. Marcus McNeill race,
in which Neal gave the much younger (and heavier) offensive tackle a 10-yard
head start, was won easily by McNeill. Later, Antonio Cromartie affirmed his
title as the team's fastest player by beating Cletis Gordon.
