The Raiders are expected to make Gruden an offer that "could include an
ownership stake." He'll also have the power to reshape the front office,
potentially putting GM Reggie McKenzie out of a job. With the Bucs keeping
Dirk Koetter, the Raiders are willing to eat the remaining three years on
Jack Del Rio's deal to get Gruden back in Oakland, where he spent his first
four seasons.
Gruden has been putting together a staff over the last few weeks and signs
continue to suggest he's serious about making a return.
