我從沒料到我會遇見一個比Loaiza更會欺騙自己的投手，
而且每每在賽後跟媒體說他認為自己投得多棒。
我還記得有一場比賽他五局失了六分，全都是全壘打送回來的，
而賽後他還說：「我投得不錯，只有四次失投」
那四個被打飛的失投球加起來總共飛了快兩千英呎，我看他根本無視這結果。

: telling us that all he has to do to improve is to strike out more batters.

: Igawa said through his translator. “The next thing I would like to work on

阿宅談到他昨晚爛透的出賽結果時，記者大概都以為他腦殘了。
他認為他需要加強的只是三振更多打者。
「棒球場上什麼事都可能發生，出來投總會被打爆的嘛，我之後多三振幾個就是了」
阿宅透過翻譯如是說。

: of command with his off-speed pitches. Igawa didn’t feel the same way.
: “I felt the changeup worked well in terms of control,” said the clueless
: pitcher. “In terms of the slider, I missed three pitches, one high. Besides
: that, I think they were pretty good.”
小喬和摸樂都說阿宅最大的問題是沒控好變速球，可是他自己可不這麼認為。
「我覺得我變速球控得不錯啊，」阿宅似乎沒發現周圍的人表情好像吃了大便，
「如果你是說滑球，我有三次失投，有一次投高了，至於其他球我覺得我投得很好」
: They were pretty good. If you were a Tigers fan, that is.
投得很好，對啦，前提是你是老虎隊的球迷才會這麼覺得。
: I don’t see how the Yankees can throw this guy back out there on
: Wednesday against the Rays. Chase Wright, Jeff Marquez, Dan Giese,
: Dan McCutchen - give one of them a shot. Can’t be worse than what
: we saw last night.
我不知道北佬為何會想把這傢伙排在禮拜三面對狀況正好的光芒隊，
有很多人正在等著上場機會呢－讓他們上來吧，反正也不會比昨晚更糟了。
