前幾天官方公布了財報, 直接看記者擷取總結最快, 來自反死胖子記者陣營的Luke Edwards的推特: #nufc losses in the Championship and the size of the wage bill do shed a different light on lack of money spent last summer don’t they? Having said all this, situation should be far healthier after one year back in PL. 降級到英冠虧很多(包括了帶去英冠一票球員的薪資水準其實是英超中游球隊水準) 英冠那年的球員薪資水準是英冠最高,而且沒人減薪. 剛去英冠的那季夏轉買了些人的薪資有幾個基本上也是英超球員水準的薪資. 虧損將近￡90m,這某程度說明了英冠那季的冬轉跟升超去年夏天跟今年冬轉的缺乏投入. (再次強調下,死胖子已經公開說過不會對這支球隊掏自己的錢, 所以這支球隊是得自給自足的情況.) 雖然之前虧損這麼多但回英超一年應該財政狀況會好很多. There should be more money floating around to spend in this window because club haven’t spent January TV cash instalment.
