The report said the Bobcats would likely get Jamaal Tinsley, Jeff Foster and one of the Pacers swingmen - Brandon Rush, Stephen Graham or Marquis Daniels. The Pacers would get Raymond Felton, Nazr Mohammed and Bloomington North High School's Sean May. The trade rumor was the talk of the locker room before the Pacers game against the Cavaliers. The talk quickly died down before tip off. The two teams have talked off and on, but there's currently no "serious" discussions taking place. Rick Bonnell of the Charlotte Observer wrote on his blog that the Bobcats "are open" to acquiring Tinsley. Any deal involving Tinsley won't include Foster or Rush, however. I was told the Pacers have no intention of trading Foster, who was given a two-year contract extension in training camp, or Rush, who they acquired from Portland on draft night. This won't be the last time Tinsley's name is talked about before the Feb. 19 trade deadline. The Pacers would definitely like to work out a trade after the Players Association filed a grievance on behalf of Tinsley on Tuesday.
