Chad Ford mentioned on his weekly chat on ESPN.com that "One scenario floating out there is (Tony) Parker for No. 10, Troy Murphy (in the last year of his contract) and Brandon Rush." Prepare yourself, there will likely be a lot of rumors between now and draft night. As I mentioned before, the Pacers are willing to move the No. 10 for a veteran player that can help them right away in return. Parker, who missed 26 games last season, would immediately improve the Pacers. He'll also be in the final year of his contract. I'd give up the No. 10 pick for Parker. *********************** Speaking of the No. 10 pick, Baylor's Ekpe Udoh looked pretty impressive during his workout Tuesday. He's definitely a high-energy player that doesn't stop playing until the whistle is blown. Udoh, who have averaged 13.9 points and 9.8 rebounds last season, has been projected by some mock drafts as the player the Pacers will select at No. 10. Hassan Whiteside and Daniel Orton did a good job swatting away shots in the paint. Wednesday will be a big day for workouts because the Pacers are bringing in some point guards. Eric Bledsoe (Kentucky), Avery Bradley (Texas), Sherron Collins (Kansas), Jordan Crawford (Xavier), A.J. Slaughter (Western Kentucky) and Willie Warren (Oklahoma) will be at the fieldhouse. The Pacers have to address the starting and backup point guard spot since A.J. Price (knee) is out at least four months, T.J. Ford is on the trading block and Earl Watson is a free agent. ******************* There should be word Wednesday that the Pacers will get Dallas' second-round pick (No. 57) from the Shawne Williams trade in 2008.
