我想他說的是能在快速的跑動下還能保持重心放低這件事
很多內野手接這種很偏的球,到最後其實就是根本站著接,只是把上半身彎下去
一來這樣眼睛離球越遠,增加其不確定性 (對球的彈跳、還有自身接球的穩定感)
二來重心若能放低,球傳出去才會穩也有力道
其實要做到像他那樣,有一個訣竅 (說的永遠比做的簡單 XD)
就是今天不管什麼球打過來,你都要想著正面去接到這個球,即使它再怎麼偏
就算偏到根本不可能正面接到,你的身體也會強迫你自己像影片中的游擊手那樣
即使快速跑動下,還是能在重心放得很低下去接到這顆球

上面是很正確的觀念,不過我有一些不同的看法
一個野手其實對於自己的傳球力道、速度到哪裡,其實多半都很清楚,特別是內野手
當你在追求球速跟傳球力道的提升時,其實就是在加長你的出手時間
因為你身體能釋放的力量還跟不上你自己所想像,身體會自然去加些動作來增加球速
例如多踩步、不自覺過度拉開手臂等等...
你還是說中文吧 XD
