[請益] 自主訓練的菜單建議
小弟是即將升高三的普通班學生
棒球不是我未來的職業只是興趣
不過希望能突破目前自己的缺點
也因為這個暑假是我能有比較多時間訓練體能的時候
所以我設計以下的菜單希望大家能給我一點建議
每天自主訓練的菜單:[順序由上而下]
腳踏車機全速25分[額外1分鐘緩衝] 主要先消耗身體糖分
5kg左右的啞鈴 x50 左右各舉一次
仰臥起坐50下[還能繼續就額外加到60]
大概就是這樣
