WEEI's Rob Bradford 的消息，Penny本人證實簽約
“There were a lot of teams involved,” said Penny in a phone conversation,
“but I wanted to go somewhere where I knew we had a great chance at winning
and Boston is that place.”
Penny 預計在1/7進行體檢，隔週進行試投。
PS: The Sox already have examined Penny's medical records and
are confident that his shoulder issues are a thing of the past.
