[問題] 初半馬準備:如何調配與提昇

請問版上先進,如果有女性跑友親身經驗更好
今年30了,離開慢跑好些年,這9個月來,每禮拜平均4-5天游泳,目前來到35min/1500m
因為想拾起慢跑,昨天中午游完,傍晚下班跑了上班附近的路,以my tracer測得 4.1k,共28:54
平均速度: 7.1min/km(由app得知以上數據)
請問版上跑友,以這樣的狀況要跑明年1月台中的mizuno半馬,我該如何訓練自己至少可以在時限(3hr)內跑完?
因為第一次報半馬,我的目標是能完賽就好
