請問版上跑友,
是這樣的,我本身維持一周4-5天的游泳習慣,1300-1500m/35min
傍晚下班後,若再加入慢跑4-5k/30-40min的跑步量,會變成金剛芭比嗎?
運動是為了想瘦回去,因為生完兩個孩子之後有感全身壞光光...
哈哈,我會這樣問,是跟同樣是跑友的同事聊天,說他在馬拉松賽事看到有些女選手練到看不出是女生,只剩綁了pony tail是女性表徵(我聽他這樣形容真的覺得很唬爛又好笑)
說我這樣兩個一起練會老化很快,會男性賀爾蒙分泌過多,大肌肉,還說小心會停經之類的,
請幫忙解惑和給予訓練內容安排,
我是想向藝人賈永婕看齊,除了是辣媽,有朝一日也來挑戰鐵人賽事
