同樣的訓練時間,有什麼增加耐力、心肺之類的方法嗎?
像戴口罩跑,這算是訓練的方法嗎?? 有人試過嗎??
或是背重物= =?
還是有其他的方法呢??
畢竟花在跑步的時間總不可能無限制的增加吧!
