[問題] 壓縮褲對短距離(5k以下)的時間提升?

平常自主訓練大概都是7~10k左右的緩跑(壓在6分速左右)
偶爾會單純跑3k(壓在5分速以下)
想請問各位先進,如果我單純想提升3k的成績,或是7~10k的成績
壓縮褲對我這樣的狀況能有效果嗎?
或者是我應該從其他地方下手呢?
