如題,小弟我從高二時為了減肥開始慢跑從一開始的7圈都不行到了大學當上老屁股把跑
步當成人生不可少的事,幾乎每天都跑,但目前只跑過一次39分18秒最好10k紀錄。以下
小弟身材身高165體重57 到草場先暖身馬克操 拉筋,熱身1km不算10k裡 ,熱身完後開始
10k配速練習 之後跳繩1000下(雙腳跳500左右腳單腳跳各100 剩下就是交叉跳),在來
就是馬克操加60公尺衝刺10趟接下來跳角錐(5個)斜著跳1分鐘左右邊各3次。但我發現
這樣練習確實有讓均速增加,但還是沒達到想要成績各位跑友們有什麼可以建議的嗎?手
