[問題] 心跳訓練區間
以我計算的T區 心跳是 166-172
當我練tempo run時想以這區間當目標
假設我跑50分鐘
心跳在剛開始20分 可能都低於此區間下限
但最後十分鐘 又會高於上限
我要怎麼決定是否這樣的訓練強度是ok的?
