[問題] 台北馬半馬馬拉松

最近收到比賽通知,原來我有報名台北馬,事務煩忙都忘了練習
第一次跑半馬就這樣上陣
目前只有籃球褲,一般短袖,球鞋
好像沒準備各位先進所說的跑褲跟緊身褲,
我是想問,有人會穿休閒服跑馬拉松嗎。
平常練跑我也是球褲加段袖,
而且突然想到現在是冬天,
穿短褲短袖會不會失溫啊。
現在我該如何做,立馬去採購?
還是短褲短袖上陣

剛去熟跑了一下,5分速,
2公里後就流汗了,不過風吹皮膚是有些刺痛,
所以那天應該就是短緊身衣,加球褲,跟跑鞋了。如果怕流鼻涕再個口罩好了

我發現跑到10公里會腳趾頭會麻耶,
如果穿厚襪子會改善嗎?

同意樓上,做任何運動需要知道自己的能力在哪,適度的突破一下極限也不賴,
這幾天清晨都是游泳池游泳,希望能使雙腿因為打球所造成的疲勞能減緩一下。
