[問題] 肌力訓練與專項訓練的時間分配請益

乳題,前幾天的萬金石因為跑者膝的復發而棄賽,爬文後發現肌力訓練有幫助,想詢問各位跑馬前輩幾個問題。
1. 深蹲/分腿蹲/臀橋,做這三個動作對於跑全馬以及半馬來說夠了嗎,成績目標落在全馬330/半馬100,是否還需要增加其他肌力訓練呢?
2.組數與次數以及訓練時間建議,目前是深蹲40下/分腿蹲無重量單邊各20下/臀橋50下。
想詢問推薦把肌力訓練放在跑完專項訓練後,還是肌力訓練需要專門拉一天分開練呢?
